Gussie's Chicken and Waffles
Executive chef Michele Wilson brings the South to the West Coast by cooking up chicken, waffles, and soul-food buffets from recipes passed down by her grandmother, Gussie. The host of Radio One's Real Food for the Soul, Wilson has owned and operated three Oakland restaurants, and wields her wealth of delicious experience to craft a menu that also includes vegetarian dishes, vegan items, and free-grazing, untamed okra.
